Tips from past guests that will be helpful as you plan your trip to the farm :
- Bring plenty of cash. Most vendors take cards, but some don’t and because it is a rural area sometimes the internet doesn’t cooperate.
- Bring a TRUCK. Rarely do we leave empty handed and the mums are HUGE and you just never know what you might find to take home.
- Wear comfortable shoes. Because the market takes place on a farm there is a lot of walking in fields and having the right shoes makes a huge difference.
- Bring a wagon, especially if you have little ones. Strollers with big tires work well, but wagons are best for toting little ones and all your treasures.
- Sunscreen, bug spray, baby wipes are helpful items to throw in. This is a rain or shine event so if it is a little wet be sure to throw in an umbrella and rain boots.
